Okay, lame to make a comment on your own blog, but I didn't know how else to tell you about piccies. The top one is of Aakashi park, near where I used to live. The park is huge, and quite the best park around, bit like the botanical gardens only bigger. In the "lake" are carp, turtles and herons. The second is a shot of Himeji's stunning castle, one of the most revered tourist destinations in this part of Japan at least. If you crave the sight of a tourist, go there on any given day. The last picture is of Harbourland in Kobe, place of restaurants, nightlights and the sea. It also houses many visual reminders of the 1996 earthquake.

Mez Mez! I am very excited to have logged on and I see pictures...YAY! I am very easily pleased, but of course I really want to see pictures of you so I can get all mawkish and start crying at my desk about how I don't live near any of my friends anymore....come on Mez. Help a sentimental old fool.
Things are goodly here, Adrian and I are going to a party tonight where the theme is: an interpretive dance off....can you believe it? I am in heaven. We have a synchronised robot manouvre that will win hands down, mainly because Adrian just looks funny regardless of what he does. I would say I wish you here, but I actually wish we were there with you providing backing vocals for your karaoke. Love you many and muchness. Love Loz. oxoxo

hehe, that may have happened: I certainly cannot recall the event you seem to be referring to...Meanwhile, Pipi if you is ever free on Sundays you and Freddie should come to Cafe Banter on 462 Lygon Street (right down the end past the tenement housing, near Albion St) from about 3ish. There is singing, a white grand piano, coffees, good food, yum! Come sing a tune with Adro, it's so much fun. Even I have sung there (yes, Mez, it's true. I butchered a Fiona Apple and then I went right back to my seat and ate a big chocolate cake.) I really believe this cafe could be the reunion place for the Lamb sisters, it's v. cool. Mez - miss you my lovely! Hope all is continuing well in the land of the little people.

Sound's awesome Laura!! Sundays you say... I am free this sunday post-5pm. I could totally head down and butcher a Fiona Apple song. Fredrik is, sadly, in Sweden though. Send me your mobile number Laura, I lost it!

Love Pipi
PS: Do you like that this blog is the site of socialisation for everyone but YOU MJ? You slack little slackass

Yay! Hey Pipi, I too have had phone changes and have lost your number. Blogs really are connecting the world! My mobile is 0401 862 227, would love to see you soon. Won't be at the cafe this weekend, but there will be a big party and singy-sing song song there next Sunday, 17th September, 2pm onwards. Cafe Banter, 462 Lygon. Come!
Meanwhile, a note to Mez: One day when I am rich and famous I am going to actually just pay you to be you. That will be your job. A bit of light banter, some drunken escapades, some fiery arguments about politics. I miss it! (by which I mean "you", I mean miss you.) Hope all is well. xx
